PATTERNMAKING
By using CAD programs which are compatible with all systems and automatic cutting, we make patterns in digital format, with the possibility of reproducing them on cardboard in case of specific requirements.
Our know-how allows us to work on different types of products, especially outerwear – padded or not- for men, women and children.
PROTOTYPING
The first pattern is studied and developed basing on sketches, photos and/or reference samples provided by the customer.
A close cooperation between pattern maker and designer is the key: in this first phase, best defining every detail of image and sewing processing allows the realization of a product that can be the closest possible to the designer’s idea.
We also offer the possibility of having the first prototype sewn directly in our studio.
Samplese Series
Once delivered to the customer, the prototype is ready for the first fitting during which, if needed, the designer defines any necessary changes to details or wearability.
The pattern is modified and the next step is the fabric consumption optimization. The markers are then sent as cutting and/or printing files to the automatic system for the cutting of samples series.
Production
The last phase that needs to be completed before starting with the production is the pattern grading and the creation of the markers of the different sizes required.
According to the customer’s needs we define the best kind of grading to use and basing on the sales we proceed with the fabric consumption optimization, creating digital markers that we send to the automatic cutting.
Digitization and export
If the customer has a paper pattern, we can easily digitize it.
The digitization makes the pattern suitable for being processed and industrialized using CAD programs.
When the work on the pattern is done, we export and send the digital file in the required format.

MAKING OF THE FIRST PROTOTYPE
To offer a service that best meets the necessities of our customers, we firmly believe in the exchange of ideas between pattern maker and seamstress.
This allows us to define sewing processing that can be suitable for the industrial production early, during the phase of the realization of the first porotype.
This is the main reason why we cut and sew the prototype our studio internally.
Our collaboration with other local companies grants the optimization of the times for the realization of items that require specific processing such as goose-down filling, embroidering, printing and heat sealing.

SAMPLES SERIES
Thanks to our experience we sew small samples series internally and we collaborate with a network of qualified laboratories, specialized in different kinds of products if the customer asks for a larger number of items.
